- VMwire is dedicated to bringing virtualisation news and resources to the world. VMwire started in 2005 as part of a small project to document my interests with virtualisation. Since then things have moved on and I am now a VMware VCP and VAC working for a virtualisation consultancy in London. I have worked with VMware ESX since version 2 and am now designing and deploying VI3 environments and leading implementation, migration and testing teams in large project programmes. Of course virtualisation is not just VMware, there is of course storage virtualisation, capacity planning, backup, BC and DR, and VM management as well, and I hope to bring my experiences to this site.
